if the coupon states it cannot be used with any other coupon.. how do we get to use both??

I don’t see that anywhere on either coupon and both coupons are in “regular” or “common” format. Target policy is that as long as you have enough item per coupon requirements, you can use 1 target coupon and 1 manufacturers coupon for that number of items listed. You should not have a problem with either of these coupons.

Under what zip code is the manufacturer’s coupon. I have tried several and cannot find it.
