I have done the same and still no coupon and no message stating otherwise. anyone know whats going on?

If you already requested your coupon, it won’t let you do it again. This is the message you receive:
“Sorry
It appears you have already been sent a one-time trial coupon.”

Unfortunately, when a coupon says “save up to…” it does not qualify for overage. WalMart policy, like most retailers, will only give you the item for free (+tax) based on this type of coupon. The cashier will be asked to input the “value” based on the price of the product; inputing the dollar amount of the coupon instead of the actual price is incorrect. Keep this in mind if you’re looking for overage.
