E-Mealz is celebrating National Family Week, and they are offering a FREE menu plan. This menu plan includes a menu that feeds 4 to 6, with ideas including Susan’s spaghetti casserole, simple salad, garlic bread, & blueberry crunch for dessert. The grocery list is priced at Walmart and is broken into categories for easier shopping.
They are also offering FREE recipes (fried macaroni bites, cake batter bites, flurries) and FREE Gab & Games activities for your kids; all in order to celebrate National Family Week! Enjoy some purposeful quality time with your family this week!

Oh, I have been wanting to try e-Mealz for a long time! Yay!
Do you know if there is a way to download the complete menu or do you have to print each day separately?
Thanks!
Heather
I pay for this service and it is wonderful. You get a meal plan for the entire week with cooking instructions for the daily meal. You can choose many different selections (Low fat, Walmart, or couples menu)They also include a shopping list. Well worth the money for less stress! Make sure you look at the “staples” list (on the bottom of the menu plan) for the items you have on hand. I have missed having a couple of items and it messed up my menu plan. Hope this helps!

Thanks Heather!
I keep looking at this site and debating about buying a membership. I really wish they had a Meijer budget menu — then it would be a no-brainer for me!
