You suggest using 2 of the $2/1 neutrogena printables, but the coupon states only one coupon per purchase, per customer – so you might want to take that one down.

Rebekah, per purchase is the same as per item, so I read that as a customer can use one coupon on each item in the transaction.

Yes, but this one says “One coupon per purchase AND one coupon per customer” – I think you’re right about the one product being the one purchase, but one coupon per customer I think means ONLY one per person, regardless of number of products or transactions. Some should have been lucky enough to get a $1/1 coupon in the 5/8 SS though… (just not me – sigh).

Yep, it’s legal to say one coupon per customer, what’s NOT legal is to use more than one… – just consider if YOU were the company owner – you offer a coupon so people will try your product, but you’re not obligated to give them more than one discount, even if they purchase more than one product.

I am in Columbus, Oh and I didn’t get a cvs ad this week in the paper so I went to pick it up at the store. She said there was no ad this week & there was nothing on sale or any EB offers. But it looks like theres a bunch on sale according to above. Anyone know whats going on

I’m also in Ohio (southern) and the same thing happened to me today. No ad, no sales. I’m really disappointed because I wanted to get the Neutrogena sunscreen deal. I did a search on cvs.com and all the CVS stores near me said “no ad available”. I don’t know what’s going on but I don’t like it!

Same here. I just came here to ask if anyone else had this issue, or if my store was crazy. I’m so annoyed!

I could have had free Huggies per the deal listed here and my ECBs!

Not really sure what’s going on. I did notice that there was no ad in my paper today, and it says there aren’t any available sales when I try to look it up online. I’ll see what I can find out!

I remember reading something last week about CVS test areas and something about no ads and no sales. I wonder if Columbus is now a test area. I also did not get a CVS add in my Dispatch.

I can’t wait to hear what you find out Tara.

I ran into the same problem! I am an hour south of Columbus and I spoke to a manager who said there were no ads this week because they’re focusing on their low price brands. He said it’s for the entire Columbus district which, unfortunately includes me. My mom is an hour south on the WV border and she gets to enjoy all of the great deals this week! He said they are still running the monthly ECB deals but hopefully next week they will be participating in the weekly ads and deals again.

    Ladies-

I just searched “cvs test market columbus oh” and this is what I found.

It seems that Columbus is now a test market to see if people are coming in to the stores for the weekly ECB deals or for the new low price cuts. One week each month, we will not receive a CVS add and our stores will not be running the sales that the rest of the country’s are. What I haven’t found yet is whether or not we will know in advance which week there will be no ad.
