Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting several 24-hour giveaways throughout the day to give you plenty of chances to win!

Tyson's Frozen, Grilled and Ready Chicken Breasts and Strips are the perfect go-to for a quick and fast meal. The chicken is fully cooked, 98% fat free and also free from preservatives! They can be found in the freezer aisle of your grocery store and can go from your freezer to your table in minutes. They are perfect for the family on the go.
I asked my friend Shaina from Food for My Family for some ideas on how she'd incorporate these into everyday recipes. She suggested adding them to the top of your favorite salad, using them for a quick quesadilla lunch, mixing into your favorite pasta and sauce recipes (Shaina's is Mediterranean pasta) or the ever-popular chicken alfredo combination, using it to top a homemade pizza or making a chicken salad. They are definitely a versatile item to have around for meals.
