Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting several 24-hour giveaways throughout the day to give you plenty of chances to win!
TurboTax is the #1-rated, best-selling tax software from Intuit Inc. In fact, last year more federal returns were e-filed with TurboTax than with all other consumer tax software combined. TurboTax walks users through their taxes step-by-step, with guidance designed to help users find every deduction and credit they deserve so that they get the maximum possible refund.
TurboTax 2009 makes tax preparation easier than ever with:
- Built-in guidance for more than 350 possible deductions and credits, including the 2009 Economic Stimulus
- Real-time error check immediately flags errors and missed information. Customers can fix mistakes as they go or come back later when they have their information in hand.
- A system for double checking deductions and credits. An estimated 5.6 million eligible taxpayers failed to claim the Earned Income Credit last year, potentially missing out on as much as $4,600.
- Instant answers from other TurboTax users and tax experts online via the TurboTax Live Community.
- The TurboTax Audit Risk Meter, which helps customers avoid common errors and reduce their risk of an audit before they file.
- Instant importing of investment and wage information. TurboTax customers can easily, accurately and securely import 1099 investment and W-2 wage information from more than 140 financial institutions and payroll providers directly into their tax return.

I'm the super-saver in the family, and my wonderful husband who is very nifty with Quicken and such has been using Turbo Tax for a number of years to file our taxes. It's fantastic! This past year we welcomed our first bundle of joy (What a wonderful tax deduction!) and we'd love this year's edition of TT to get the ball rolling on filing.
Love Turbo Tax. I've used it for over 10 years.

Up until last year I paid someone to do my taxes. However, then I was considering doing them myself, going and "having them done" and comparing mostly so I'd feel confident I knew what I was doing this year. However, after looking at them closely, I found what turned out to be an $800 error (owed me!) I went back and they amended, and returned my prep fee), but when I got my amended refund it was for $60 MORE than what they "refigured". There was another year when I caught a mistake, so needless to say my confidence is shaken and I believe I can do them as well (or better)!! I'm still trying to figure out last year's mess, but I do plan on doing them with a program such as Turbo Tax. It would be WESOME to win this program. It is the one I have heard the best comments about!!
I use the free efile through the irs.gov website. I've done this for the last several years. I usually have to pay to file the state, but it's only about $30, I believe.
We do our taxes ourselves using Turbo Tax.
I always do my own and file electronically.
We use Turbo Tax. Still gathering info for this years taxes but getting close.

I used to do it online, but my taxes got a little more difficult with home sales, dependents, etc. The past three years, I've gone to H&R Block and I haven't filed mine yet - such a procrastinator. But I think I may return to filing on line and this would help so much!
