reading and playing card games
I passed along my love of reading and playing with Legos. I love that we can do both of these activities together (me and the kids, although reading and playing with legos can work too, if someone is reading out loud).

Oh my! I remember going to the roller rink all the time as a kid! Oh my! If I won this, I would be so excited. I don't know if I've ever taken my teenage roller-skating. The isn't a rink very close, but I would endure a mini-trip just so she could have this experience, We could laugh and fall down together! Such great memories of me and my girlfriends roller-skating! And we ALWAYS ate pizza at the rink too!

We have passed down playing boardgames. Although my son isn't quite old enough the play the really good ones like Monopoly or Life, we still have fun playing Candy Land or Chutes and Ladders.
