The Little Engine That Could is coming to a DVD near you on Tuesday, March 22nd!
“I think I can, I think I can…” The timeless story comes to life in this all-new, feature-length film filled with fun and adventure! When Little Engine (Alyson Stoner, Cheaper by the Dozen) must leave Dreamland to deliver toys into the real world, she sets her fears aside and learns that with a little determination and courage, anything is possible. Featuring an all-star cast, including Whoopi Goldberg (The View), Jamie Lee Curtis (Freaky Friday), Corbin Bleu (High School Musical) and Brenda Song (The Suite Life of Zack and Cody), this “fun family film” (Francine Brokaw, Los Angeles Family Magazine) is one you’ll enjoy again and again.
We had the opportunity to view an advance copy of The Little Engine That Could, and it was a hit with our family! It’s a twist on the classic story that kept my kids engaged for the duration. Plus as a parent I loved the positive messages delivered throughout the movie.

This was one of my favorite books as a child and at age 49, I still have my copy that I’ve read to all of my second grade classes at the beginning of the year to set us off on thinking positive about learning. I know my 3year old son would love this movie since he’s obsessed with trains!

My son, who is 8, still asks me to read this book to him even though he can read it himself. Whenever we’re presented with something we think we can’t do, I just remind him “I think I can”

I read the little engine that could every night at bedtime right now, my 2 year old loves trains (convenient that his name is Thomas) he can almost tell me the story and usually tries. We got the book from his grandparents so its nice and old and was my husband’s favorite book when he was a little boy!!!! It’s such a valuable lesson to teach your kids! Thanks for all you do!!!

Oh my gosh… I loved that story when I was a kid. My mom use to read it to me and whenever I was having a hard time or felt like giving up on a task she would always say, “Now, remember the Little Engine that Could…I think I can, I think I can..” Brings back memories.
