I like taco salads... you can even make your own shell bowls by baking them in the oven over a bowl.

I LOVE baby lima beans cooked all day in chicken stock! Add onions and celery sauteed in butter, top with sour cream and hot chow-chow! YUM-O!

My favorite way is with lots of water so they can be served like soup with some queso fresco on top. mmmm!

My favorite bean recipe is black beans with minced carrots & celery, marinated in a sweet italian dressing .... makes a great side dish or bean salsa, and a great topper on tacos or salad. I get cravings for it, and eat a bowlful !!!
