I only use paper towels for the yucky clean ups that would ruin my dishtowels. But normally I use dish towels instead of paper towels to clean in general

We use washable cloths - wash cloths - at the dinner table.

We no longer use paper towels. nstead I have rags and dish cloths for general cleanup around the house.

I try to recycle as much paper as I can. I also use both side to print my coupons.

We limit the amount of paper towels we use and always use a dishcloth to clean up messes.

We use small wash-clothes you can find at the Dollar Tree to wipe off our one-year-old's hands, face and highchair tray rather than using paper towels. It works better and the wash-clothes can be washed over and over.
