We love granola bars (my 2 year old says "granutta buttas" - LOL!) and lots of yogurt with fresh fruit! These Kind bars would be great for us!

When I am working at a very physical job, I like to eat granola & fruit bars because they really keep your blood sugar up and give your body the quick energy source it needs to keep going. When not so physical, I find eating these as a mid-morn or mid-afternoon snack keeps me from picking at less healthy food.

Healthy snacks in our house consist of tons of fruit w/ low fat fruit dips, home made trail mixes w/ lots of dried fruits, high fiber cereals, & almonds.... & high fiber granola/cereal bars...

I love any kind of Granola bars. I also love kind bars have tried them before and they are great . I also love Mrs. May's snack mixes and snack bars they are great.
