According to the American Heart Association, one in three women suffers some form of cardiovascular disease, and almost one woman dies every minute of this largely preventable disease.
Jiffy Lube is proud to continue its support of the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women® movement. In its third year, the Jiffy Lube Maintenance Partners for Life campaign aims to raise $1 million dollars between February 1 and March 14, 2010 to help fight heart disease.
You can support the cause at participating service centers with a donation of $3. In return for the donation, you’ll receive a savings book containing heart-healthy recipes, tips for living a healthier lifestyle, as well as $100 in Jiffy Lube savings.
You can also register for a free dress pin from Go Red for Women!
To help spread the word about the Maintenance Partners for Life campaign, Jiffy Lube is giving three lucky Deal Seeking Mom readers a Jiffy Lube savings book. They're also giving three additional readers each a $35 Jiffy Lube gift card!

My car checkup wasn't nearly as good. I got 2 greens, 1 yellow & the rest were all reds! Yikes!!!
Go Red for Women!!! Great web-site!! I have been a follower for many years now. It is susprising to my that most women do not realize that heart disease is the number one killer for us as well as men.
I am doing pretty good on the car check-up......mostly green and a few yellows and two reds. Not be bad I guess.....

My car didn't do so well on the check-up. The car may be just fine, but i couldn't remember when i had the a/c and some fluids checked. I change the oil and maintain the tires myself, so it did well on that.

Well my heart checkup was good...I am a low risk factor but I am overweight and need to move more! Great advice

My car didn't fare as well as my heart risk.... I guess I neglect my car a little, with it being over 10 years old with over 100,000 miles. I could definitely use the gift card!

Jiffy Lube Car Checkup Results: 3 green, 1 yellow and 5 red. The yellow should have been a green though, I change my oil and the oil filter regularly (about every 3 months).
My Heart Check up shows I'm at low risk right now. There is a lot of heart disease in my family, so I watch my numbers.
The Heart Checkup shows me as being low risk. Now I just have to lower my cholesterol and lose some weight to make it even better!

I need to lose some weight to lower my BMI but overall am I low risk which is good.
Did well. All greens.
The car test did give me a lot of reds, but it didn't take into account that my car is just a year old.

Our car check up was great. Only one red, but that is already scheduled maintenance. Helps my hubby was a mechanic in the Army - he is 'on it' when it comes to the vehicles.
I learned I have a 1% chance of having a heart attack and I don't have metabolic syndrome. Thanks for the chance.
