Win-It Wednesday: Crisco Get Inspired Giveaway (2 Winners!)

If you've been enjoying Crisco's three olive oil varieties in your cooking, you'll want to check out their Crisco Mediterranean Inspirations Recipe and Essay Contest for the chance to win a trip for two to Italy. Plus the top three entries in each category will receive a year's supply of Crisco Olive Oil products and a cookware set.

Submit a recipe using either the Crisco 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Crisco Pure Olive Oil or Crisco Light Olive Oil; plus, two Mediterranean-style ingredients, including tomatoes, garlic, olives, pasta, yogurt, legumes, fresh herbs, lentils or cheese before March 18th for a chance to win.

We use olive oil on pretty much a daily basis when cooking, but one of my favorite indulgences is to serve it as a dipping oil a la The Macaroni Grill!

Pair it with some really delicious homemade bread (Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day pictured here -- more on this very soon), and it can actually be a meal in itself. In fact, this was my lunch today, LOL...
