Kids, ice cream, and summertime -- they all just seem to go together, don't they? One of our favorite places to go for ice cream treats is our local SONIC Drive-In. Sure we can get our ice cream fix elsewhere, but few establishments offer the ambiance of SONIC.
My kids adore the '50s-style drive-in layout and watching the employees rollerskate around, taking orders and delivering meals with ease. As you can see from the photos above, the ice cream offerings aren't too shabby either! There's a real ice cream treat to fit everyone's tastes.

It's hard to resist Cold Stone's Strawberry Banana Rendevous!

I LOVE Braum's cappuccino chocolate chunk ice cream. I went to school in OK and Braum's was right across the street from our campus! Needless to say, we frequented that joint! :)
