We usually put all the change into the kids piggy banks. Took it to coinstar last time they were full then deposited into the bank.

we have a coin container on our counter. we rarely count it. we find out how much it is when we take it to the bank. sometimes we deposit it into our account, other times we'll cash out and let our son use it on a trip.

I keep a coin jar for the "little" things...when the kids need a dollar or two for school...I send in the change!
My husband has had a penny jar for a REALLY LONG time...we have never counted the pennies inside.

We totally use a jar (large Mason jar) for our coins...and twice a year we bring them to Coinstar to cash in! It's a nice treat! :)

We put all loose change into a piggy bank and then take it to the coinstar every time it's full. I have, until this point, always gotten an amazon.com gift certificate. And, I believe Amazon is joining the 40/50 promotion this weekend!!!

We have a 24-in mason jar from my mother-in-law and it's about 1/4 full. I love the Coinstar promotion, since the regular commission fee is 8.9%! We're going to go cash in our change this month. Thanks for the heads-up!

We have a HUDE mason type jar full of change. When summer comes we roll about half the jar and can get about 500.00 from it. This past year we used coinstar. What a time saver!!!
