I have had Japanese teppanyaki-style meals so many times it's ridiculous. It is my absolute FAVORITE type of food :) We have a local business hear called Bonzai, but I've never been fortunate enough to eat at Benihana's. I do have the recipe from Benihana's for their fried rice, teriyaki chicken, and ginger sauces though and it's delicious!

I love benihana very much, so much that I got my husband a "be the chef" for fathers day where he got trained by the chefs and ended up cooking a hibachi dinner for the family! Very awesome time!! I get steak and shrimp when I go with the orange yum yum sauce... :-)
