my bf's older kids came up to visit with thier families and we went to my daughters house where my sister and her kids came also and we had a slip n slide,kiddie pool, put together a step2 house, and huge cookout and ate at the picnic tables,it was all spur of the moment and lots of fun, that was my favorite picnic this summer

Oh we love going on picnics espeacailly to the mountains near us where its always atleast 5 degrees cooler there. We go to goverment wildlife park called paint creek that is free & simply beautiful and is a large vast of mountainess land that has spring feed creeks that are so cold & clear and two areas of the creek are rather deep one is called the 5 ft hole the other is dudley falls and we grill out there and swim, where you sometimes see deer and bears if your lucky. The wild life plants are so pretty & smell fresh when in bloom like the wild rhodedendrum or the sour wood trees or wild jasmin trees. We love grilling out BBQ chicken and baked potaotoes and taking a fresh garden tossed salad & a big cold watermellon. It's just a wonderful place to go & relax & appreciate mother nature

My favorite picnic spot? Our own backyard! We have a pretty busy life, so nothing suits us better than a quiet evening at home and a fresh meal right off the grill. My husband knows how to do it just right, and we can stuff our faces to our heart's content! Ahhh!!!!

My favorite picnic this summer so far has been a nice, quiet one with my husband and our newborn. We found some shade in the park and ate sandwiches, cheese and fresh strawberries - yum!

My favorite summer picnics are in my own backyard. Grill on big deck and invite many friends over for hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken and all the sides. Great summer time fun.

My toddler loves to go to the park, and there's one nearby with a HUGE tree that shades the whole playground. I love to bring our snacks there - she can play and I won't melt in the sun! :o)

We like to walk down to our local park and people watch while we eat sandwiches unlike any we've had before and our favorite chips!
