One of the questions I'm asked most frequently these days is, "Which grocery stores double coupons in [my area]?" I've generally been responding by telling them to contact their local stores and ask what their policy is -- but today it occurred to me that perhaps we could create a resource that will save everyone a little time and energy.
So to that end, I'd like to compile a list of grocery stores that double by state, and I need your help. Please scroll down and leave a comment on this post with your state and any grocery stores that you know of that double coupons.
I'll use the information to create a resource that will allow users to easily look up their state and find out which stores will double coupons. Thanks for your help!

Rainbow Foods in the Twin Cities area (Minneapolis / St Paul MN) will double anything up to a dollar - but there is a catch: you can only double 5 coupons per transaction and you have to spend $25 on rach transaction before coupons.
Copps and Pick N Save in Wisconsin are owned by the same company that owns Rainbow Foods. They have the same exact policy where they will double up to and including a $1.00 if you purchase at least $25.00 and no more than 5 will double. Although there have been occasions where they will double up to 10, but it's not often. They double on Wednesdays and currently until the end the last Saturday in April. And no more than 3 can be the same.
Schnucks in Springfield Illinois will double 8 coupons in any one transaction. Only those coupons which are .40 cents or less will double. Example a.35 cent coupon doubles to .70 but a .50 cent does not double at all
None of the King Soopers, Safeways, or Walmart Double Coupons in the Bouler County Area. I do most of my shopping trips out of the area for this reason.
Piggly Wiggly in SC doubles coupons up to 99 cents as long as the doubled price doesn't exceed the price of the product. If it does, they don't double it at all.

kroger in sterling il doubles 50 or less for the first 2 coupons only
Safeway in Tucson honors all q's @ $1.00. Bashas' doubles up to $1.
In Louisville,Ky:
Krogers: Will double any coupon under 50 cents up to $1.00.
Meijer: Will double any coupon under 50 cents up to $1.00. But only 2 like coupons in a transaction will double after that it's face value.
Wal-Mart: Will price match if you have the sale flyer.
Krogers in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex no longer doubles or triples coupons. Bummer!
My wife love to coupon shop, but in the city we live Augusta I can not double coupon at Bi-Lo. WE need to save every penny we get.
IGiant eagle doubles. and Kmart does on certain days in northern Maine. . Augusta Maine? I know bilo doubles and triples in north eastern Ohio

I live in Northern, VA (right outside of DC). Giant and Shoppers doubles any coupon up to .99cents, unless it states "do not double". Very liberal!
Price Chopper doubles coupons up to $.99 in New York (at least the Capital Region of New York)
I'm in the Central NY region (Utica area) and our Price Choppers double up to 99 cents as well.
We also have a local grocery store called Chanatrys that doubles up to 50 cents, but they don't take internet coupons.
I would like to find a store that does double coupons in salt lake city utah. but where it stands now none of the ones I called does double coupons I called smiths, walmart, fresh market, and macys. macys said the only way they will double is if you had a in store coupon and a manufacturer"s coupon.

The Price Choppers in NH and VT also double coupons up to 99 cents. No limit on the number of coupons you can use.
you are lucky. my Price Chopper will double coupons up to 99 cents but they don't allow more than 4 like coupons in a transaction.

The Kroger in London, Ohio doubles coupons up to $.99. You are allowed three like coupons.

Giant- doubles up to .50 on each coupon so if a coupon is .55 then they double to .45 making the product 1.00 off.
Wegmans doubles up to .99.
My Giant (Allentown area) will only double two of the same coupon per transaction. So if you have 4 of the same cereal coupon for 50 cents they only double two and the other two are for face value only.
Winn-Dixie in Anniston, Alabama will double anything up to $.50 everyday

Oh, and the coupon to be doubled cannot be anymore than 99 cents!! :D
Kroger in columbus, doubles up to .99 and Meijer as well but only 2 like coupons, the rest are at face value

Food World in Tuscaloosa, AL doubles .50 and under, not to exceed $1.00.
Please can some one tell me of stores in sacramento, ca area that doubles coupons. I have been looking and nothing is coming up. I might have to take their advice and start calling all the stores, but if you know of any please share.
In SC - Kroger doubles up to 50 cents. Piggly Wiggly doubles up to 99 cents. Lowes Foods doubles up to 99 cents. Bi - Lo doubles up to 60 cents. Walmart nor Food Lion double in the area.
The Wal Marts and Food Lions do not double in the Williamsburg, Virginia area either.
Do these double any day of the week, or only offer doubling on certain days?

In the Jackson Mississippi area, Kroger and McDade's double up to 60 cents every day and Fred's doubles up to 60 cents on Saturdays.

I am looking for Grocery stores in Warner Robins & Macon GA. that will double coupons, living in small town 50 miles to the south we only have 2 stores to choose from & one is Wal Mart the other Harveys, harvey doubles under .50, Walmart is the same. Sure miss the days of stack coupons & doubles, watching on TV when these ladies buy $1000.00 & only pay like $8.00 it sure makes me want to move. Love my Coupons. Please help me

In Williamsburg, Virginia our grocery stores who double include Martins (an affiliate of Giant), Farm Fresh, Blooms, Harris Teeter, Kroger and K-Mart. Each store has a different policy where they limit the number of coupons that can be used in a single transaction or even how many will double in a single transaction. Martins doubles up to $.99 only on the first coupon per item per transaction. You'll have to seperate your items to get the doubled discount on like items OR go to the self check out and do it yourself. Farm Fresh up to $.99 every day except for Wednesday when they double up to $1.00 and sometimes Mega Events when they double up to $2.00 which is great. There registers only double 2 same items per transaction so plan your trips carefully AND you are limited to 20 coupons per transaction.
Regarding K-Mart doubling, I've just discovered their policy is on Wednesdays and Saturdays they will double the first 5 coupons in a single transaction of at least $25. However, if the item does not exceed the cost of the coupon they will not double it. I learned that when buying Colgate Toothpast offered at $.99 when I used $1.00 off coupons but hey no biggie - Free is always wonderful!

Homeland in Duncan, ok doubles up to $1 , but if you have two of the exact same coupon then they only double one
Tops Markets in NY doubles up to .99 (making a .99 q worth 1.98). But they will only take one q on a b1g1 and item is free if q is worth more than purchase price. Jubilee also doubles up to .99 but won't take printed q's.
In NY (Long Island) the following stores double coupons:
Waldbaums- up to .99
Pathmark- up to .99
King Kullen- up to and including $1.00
Just outside of chicago Illinois. Kmart doubles up to $1.00 wen and sat. 5 doubles per order.
Harris Teeter in Wilmington, NC doubles up to 99 cents, max 20 coupons per shopping trip per day. Every couple months they have super double coupons which double up to $1.98.
I need to find out if Kroger's in Athens,Ohio & Powell's FoodFair in Pomeroy,Ohio doubles or triples coupons. I live in Middleport Ohio. Do you know whether any of the Walmarts are going to start doubling? If they are could you list them?
