I cannot remember off hand where I saw it, but I have seen that Smart Source and Red Plum put out 2 different inserts depending on where in the US you are located. I know that here in WV where I live, our local paper only carries the Smart Source while the Charleston paper (over an hour and a half away) will carry both. I have found that coupon amounts vary also. Where here we may get a coupon for 50c off, out on the west coast, they may have the same item, but receive a 75c coupon or even $1.
