I think that it’s horrible that if you have money and can afford a smart phone you can get all the good deals!! But, if you are poor or not very well off and can’t afford a smart phone to get the apps you’re -hit out of luck!!!! Just an example that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer!!! Shame on you Walmart!!!!!
Kristina
There are many so called “rich people” that do not have smart phones. Please relax, stores do things like this all the time. It’s the same as being on one of their mailing lists or maybe having a preferred shopper’s card.

You don’t have to be rich to have a smart phone. ;-)
I have a pre-paid plan. I paid $90 for my Android phone but I just saw it on sale for $50 and then service is $35-$55 a month depending on the number of minutes you need. I’m with Virgin Mobile so unlimited data and texting is included. Many of my friends are paying much more for less cell service. Virgin Mobile is certainly not the only pre-paid service out there. The best part is that I am not locked in a contract.
