1 Melissa November 8, 2011 at 5:51 pm: New to couponing and DSM. Confused because my ads don't match up with what I'm reading online. For instance, in the Smart Saver from 11/06 (tyler, tx) I don't find Pepcid. I do have $4/1 Prevacid 42 ct, but not the Pepcid. Same case in many of the other deals I read about on here. Do the coupons vary by region or what? Confused...help please.

5 Christie November 9, 2011 at 3:30 pm: Went to two walmarts two days ago and did not se ethe 8 count anywhere. THe smallest they had were the 14 ct, no spot for them either. Bummer
