I wonder if anyone else gets really frustrated with walmart. There is one I shop at that you never know whether they will take your internet coupons….one week they take them..next week we don’t take them…next week let me ask a csm if we take them (and the answer was yes, if they scan) next week we don’t take them…next week take them no questions asked…yesterday we don’t take printables (and when I said they have before she said well they are not suppose to….I show her the coupon policy and she can’t believe that it says they take them…and she asks me where I printed it from,I guess she wants to look for it. I had gotten it off of another website, so she may have not thought it was real. If they are not going to take printable coupons (the other 3 I shop at do take them) why don’t they post it in the store? Sorry for the rant.

Same thing for me yesterday. They would not let me use a clearly printed coupon for $1.50 off Meow Mix. Why not? I asked at customer service also, Same answer. Of course these same employees also charged me $1.57 each for 4 pears instead of $1.57 per pound. I returned them. $6.50 with tax for 4 pears??? NO! Typical. None of the cashiers are very well educated. If the computer is wrong they can’t do a thing. If the power goes out, you might as well leave as they can’t add 2 numbers.

I didn’t want to bash the walmart cashiers. I don’t think it is their fault that the store managers don’t know the corporate policy. The cashier I had yesterday was very nice to me…..she was just doing what she is told so she won’t lose her job. I would just like to know why they have a corporate policy if they are not going to follow it.

I just wanted to share a fabulous find that i saw at walmart today. They had the Lysol no hand touch starter kit on roll back for 6.00.When you match this with our 3.00 of qpon from a few weeks ago, this becomes a sweet deal,Just wanted to share

It’s not the cashiers fault the stores are like a soup. Too many cooks spoil the soup. The cashier is doing what they tell her. I have had many problems at walmart. For some reason they have been good in Rhode Island. I just hope I didn’t speak too soon. As I am going in the morning. I just wish they would keep the cashiers up to date with what coupons they will take and if they won’t take another type. Seems silly to me to have shoppers leave the tore feeling like they do not want to come back and shop over a few $$ that they have returned to the store when they hand in the coupons. Wish me luck. lol
