I got into an argument about this with the cashier and she did not give in. I does not say anything about this in their official policy http://walmartstores.com/7655.aspx . I wasn't getting good enough deals there to bother talking to a manager. I just took my coupons over to Target and did better anyway. Good Luck. Catherine,
