I went to Walmart today and did the Starkist Tuna ($1 each, with $1 printable coupon) freebie, the $2 off 2 nabisco crackers (2- 8oz boxes of cheese nips at $1 each), the 2/$2 Kotex pantyliners (not pads), and also noticed some Carefree liners with peelies on them, so got a $2 peelie to pay for a $2 package. No questions asked!

Kotex pads are not priced $1.00 in Virginia Walmart. I did see pantyliners for $1.00 but not pads

The deals were slim at my new local super Walmart. All the Blue Bunny items were $4.18 and it seemed the prices in general were about 20% higher than those posted in the SE Pennsylvania area

for those who may not know.... not all Walmarts have the same prices. I've noticed Publix doesn't either, but at least Publix is closer to the same price. Walmart has noticable differences from one town to the next.

I asked an employee about the $.50 Post-its and she managed to find one buried within the piles. We looked for more but that was it. I'm still happy with that and I actually decided to buy a couple other of the Post-It tabs for $1.44 since I'm using them in organizing my inserts better.

I picked up the Ivory Soap 3pk for $.07 thinking I'd give it to my daughter's preschool for an experiment ... and then dh said we needed soap at home so, it's ours, lol. There's a really cool soap experiment you can do with Ivory Soap (only) in the microwave

I also picked up several of the Beechnut Learn & Grow (I think that's what they're called) for $.07 after q too.

BTW, if you can't find the Post-its, do what I did and ask at CS for them to locate it at another store. They said one store close to me has 303 at that price so I'll try again tomorrow. The one I was at supposedly had 13 but they had no idea where. I figure they can't possibly lose 303 of them ... or can they?!?!?! Lol. :D

I did not find the post it's either. I did find the kotex though, I got 8 packages of kotex liners priced at $1 each and used (4) $2/2 coupons for a grand total of...0! Thank you so much!

I did not find the post-it's for 0.50 either. Looked today.

I did get 2 of the J&J first aid kits and 4 of the animal crackers for free. If you have not signed up at "Chef's Request" site (steak and beef) I just received coupons from them that do not expire until 2011 and scored a really good deal on their bacon wrapped filets used 2 $1.00 off coupons and a buy 3 get 1 free coupon. This is a good tasting beef (I usually stock up and have a day I grill up a bunch of steaks and chicken).

I ran out yesterday and bought 32 count Stayfree Maxi Pads on price cut for $2.00, use the BOGO coupon from two weeks ago, Pay $2.00 for 2. I stocked up as this is the one my girls like.

Got my FREE Tuna with the $1.00 coupons.

Also watch the clearance, bought TAG jr. books for $5.00 used the $4.00 coupon from in several magazines to pay $1.00 for each to go with the TAG Jr. readers I bought at Target before Christmas with coupons for $8.99 for grandbabies.
