Basically with the Scrubbing Bubbles, the purchase requirement is the item you're buying and then you're getting one free. So then you should be able to use a second coupon on the item that you're getting free. Again, it may not always work, but it's worth a try. It's the same with the BOGO coupon and BOGO sale. The CVS corporate policy actually states that you will receive both items free. It may vary with other stores. Sometimes they'll say you have to purchase one, and then they'll give you two free (one for the sale and one for the coupon), so that's still a good deal.
