Heather: I ran across the same issue with our local Wal Mart. It was a huge mess. I was told the item has to match the picture. I explained to 3 CSM's it does NOT have to look like the pic and the coupon states what it is for. They did not want me to use the Degree, Tide or even the Revlon coupon. I was finally able to use the Revlon and Degree coupon. They would not take the Tide coupon. I called corporate and filed a complaint. The store manager called me today and apologized and said they were wrong and it would not happen again. He said he did not know where the employees got their info from but they were wrong. He assured me it would not happen again. Call corporate and file a complaint.

My walmart will no longer take the coupons that give me an overage and they will only take the coupons for the items pictured.

That should read P&G 7/31/11. The coupon is in the P&G coupon insert from yesterday's paper (July 31).
