Do you have to have a walgreens card to get the cat food for that price?

Walgreens doesnt have a card. Their sale prices are for any and all.

Also, Food lion has it on sale for $2/box. Sale ends today.

You do not need a Walgreens card to get their sale prices / deals ... they're just about the only store that DOESN'T have a card you need to scan!
