This is why a RR will NOT print out. If you buy something, say the Irish Spring body wash, and get a RR for that item...you can not use THAT RR towards the same item.You can get multiple RR rewards by doing multiple transactions but the computer will not allow a RR to be used on the same item that you just got it from. I tried to do the rolling Irish Spring deal on Wednesday. My dad uses it all the time, and I thought I'd get him three or four. However, when I bought the second bottle, no catalina printed. Don't know why? Is anyone else noticing it's not rolling anymore? So, on my way home I passed another WAGS and took in both bottles to return since I didn't want to pay 4.49 for two since it wasn't even for me. I had never been to this WAGS, and the asst. manager was SUPER nice. I was completely honest about why I was returning them, saying I guess I was just confused about the catalinas printing for each one. She looked at my receipts and said, "Well, I'd have to return this second one at 0.00 since you paid nothing for it, so you'd get nothing back. If I were you, I'd return the first one and keep the second one since you didn't pay anything for it in the first place." I said, "Is that legal?" She said, "Well, for you today it is anyway. We still get our money, so don't worry." :) I wil be going back to that WAGS for sure if that asst. manager is so nice and understanding when deals don't go right.

It doesn't always work though... I did it today. When they scan the catalina for the free body wash it will say "item not found" If they then just type in $4.49 manuf coupon it will print another catalina after you pay the tax. HOWEVER.... I had one cashier today end my deal because he scanned the body wash 2 times and then the catalina which took off $4.50 and then took off the second body wash and then no catalina came out after I paid the tax!!!

Pooja, when you buy one, a coupon will print out. After that, you can roll the coupon by buying one and another will print. So you do have to pay for the first bottle.
