I can't get anything to work when I go on Victoria Secrets site. Nothing works for me.
I posted this on the previous posting on the vs pink offer, but I will ask here as well. I am currently logged into this pink nation, but when I go to print the coupon, it prints blank. No barcodes, no name, nothing. Anyone else having this issue?

Printed my coupon today and headed to VS....they had no idea what this was and even called around other loacls stores. No one has any idea baout it....word to the sie - Call IL stores before going in. They told me to hang onto the coupon and call back before coming in again. Hence I left empty handed : (

I was able to print out coupon but now that I try to log back in it won't recognize my password/email. Now it says....(tisk tisk..my ip address is under inspection for trying to get into the site).. What the heck??
I just called VS and was told that they are aware of the site having issues. They expect to have it fixed by March 1 and suggested I check it again then...

I went to the store today & had the same experience as Jen. The cashier first took both coupons and gave me the $10 off $35 purchase and put both coupons in her drawer. When I asked about the free gift she called someone else in the store that said they didn't have any free gifts. Then she called another store and they also didn't know what she was talking about. They eventually told her to collect my coupon for free gift and give me a 1 oz "Energizing Body Lotion" sample. I know it was free but after hearing it was a tote, I felt cheated. I really think the other store told her since it didn't say what the gift was she could give me any sample they had because she dug around in a drawer behind the register like she was hoping something in there would work. I would have rather kept the coupon....
I got my tote tonight. It is huge and the retail price on the tag was $19.50. I also got my little lotion.
I tried on Thursday evening to log into the VS Pink website to sign up for the free tote. When I went there, a notice popped up on my screen stating "TSK TSK and a message about website tampering, I was wondering if anyone else had this come up. I was just going to the site, couldn't get there. Just wondering........hate to miss out on a good deal.
I haven't gotten the tampering message yet, but I just logged in today hoping to print my free tote coupon, thinking the blank printing was a temporary glitch, to no avail. Still giving me blank pages to print. I don't understand why it seems like only a few people are affected by this? And now with hearing how many people haven't been able to use their tote coupon, I'm wondering if it is even worth the hassle. :( Boo, pink nation and VS.
I keep getting the TSK TSK message. Does any one have a link that hasn't been corrupted or know the url address that works. Maybe I have to use a different computes as well since it knows my IP address. Anyone who has gotten this same error, did you ever get through in any retries?

Nothing works for me on this website, it's disappointing, I would love to get the free tote, why post it if the site does not work.

Jenny, it seems that the site is only not working for a few. I am able to access it perfectly even now. I'm not a computer expert, but it could have something to do with your operating system, browser, any number of things, but Victoria's Secret has told others they're working on the issue.
Jess, I would contact their CS. Maybe your input would be able to help them pinpoint what the issues are if they can put you in touch with the right department.
I'm really sorry, ladies. Like I said, it works for me, and I know it's worked for others because I've seen comments that people have already redeemed them.

I went in today and they gave me my choice of a pink, blue or white tote.
At first they didn't know what I was talking about, but when I said it was a tote she found a memo with the pile of totes which explained.

I printed coupon that said free item when I wnet t the link that said free tote. I brought the coupon in to VS and the woman said she knew nothing about a tote. Trip for nothing !!!

Our Victorias Secret had never seen this coupon and gave us our choice of ANY pink item. I got a pair of sweats and my sister got a $70 hoodie!!! Totally worth it:)

Won't work for me either. :-( When I click on the "get your free gift" box after I created an account, it just takes me back to the same page and never gives me a coupon to print. :-(

I went to VS today and they didn't have any more of the free 1 oz lotion and didn't even have the "free gift" in the store either. The sales associate just gave me back my coupon. I guess I'll have to make another trip to get the tote!! Annoying!
It takes me to the site, will let me fill out the info, but the "submit" button isn't working. I can't click on it or even just strike the enter key after typing in the code. I've refreshed it a bunch of times. And to answer the person asking about being in college, it doesn't have an asterik (sp?) next to those boxes so I would think that no, you don't have to be in a college. Plus, my school isn't even on there.

I went yesterday and the girl at the register didn't know what it was either. She asked the other employees and someone told her it was for the new Pink bath products. I got to choose between organic body lotion, organic body wash or lip gloss. I choose the body lotion for a $15.00 value.

It was in Central Ohio, but my cousin went in today and they told her that she could get anything, when she was checking out, the manager said "no, that's not right". She said it was either a panty, a tote or a trial size lotion. But the CSR told the manager that she had already told her it's OK. So get this, they ended up giving her the hoodie ($69.50) and a free pair of panty's for the inconvenience...lol. They said for her to tell us that we were lucky that we got to choose what we wanted, because that's not the way it's supposed to be! I'm soooo happy I went in yestereday! So happy it let you get your coupon:)

I wonder if they will send us a coupon in the mail for the free tote?? I cant get anything to print out for the tote. I signed up and was able to print out the $10 off and a free gift which was a 1oz tube of lotion when I took my coupon into the store. They knew nothing about the tote.
I tried today to get the tote our local store- the clerk insisted that it was only for the panties and that I had to also use the $10 off of $35 to get the free gift. I passed but think maybe I will try again if I get out to the mall.
I was able to print the coupon but when me and my sister went to our local VS. The manager said "Oh we have another one!" She had in hand a detailed page of instructions but she didn't seem confident in her ability to decifer. She said it says here that you only get a free tote with ANY purchase , but we will give it to you anyway. They had a display of the tri-colored totes by the register. She proceeded to leave to contact her area supervisor. At least we got our totes. Thanks.
I finally got the page to load 2 nights ago, but the submit button wasn't working and after several attempts I tried a different link and got a message saying the site was having issues to come back later. Of course this was after midnight MST since I called customer servic and was told to try at a different time when the site wasn't overloaded by other users. Last night I was able to access everything and print the coupon. So for ALL others having probs with site TRY AGAIN at an odd hour, really late at night or early in the morning or anytime now that it's March. Will let you all know what I get from VS here in Utah when I go tomorrow, since I didn't make it to the mall today since it's Sunday.
