Anne, click on the link in the post, and then click on the red button on that page.
I tried it too and no luck. Where does the download go? I clicked on the red button and a page opens saying thanks for downloading, but I can't find the download.
It's in PDF format, Trudy, so you'll need to make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

For anyone having trouble downloading, try RIGHT clicking on the red download "button" then selecting "Open in New Tab". It seems IE7 is blocking the pop-up or download in some way.
Actually your suggestion is the one that works. Thanks a bunch.
