Tasty Giveaway: Pizza Hut Tuscani Lasagna

by Tara Kuczykowski on March 2, 2009 · 760 comments

Win Pizza Hut Tuscani LasagnaRecently I was contacted by a rep from Pizza Hut to try their new Tuscani Lasagna. I was a little skeptical about whether my family would like it. I mean, Pizza Hut is known for their pizza not lasagna, but it was absolutely delicious.

Mmm, doesn't it just look fabulous?

The Tuscani Lasagna arrived hot and fresh at our door along with a side of breadsticks in under 30 minutes, and at just $14.99, this is a welcome (and less expensive) change of pace from a typical pizza delivery. It got the Kuczy Kids' stamp of approval, and that's not an endorsement to take lightly!

From the Pizza Hut website:

"With layers of lasagna noodles and real ricotta, Parmesan and Romano cheeses smothered in Italian-seasoned meat sauce and freshly oven-baked with a layer of melted cheese, you'll get the taste of Italy, delivered right to your door. Get over 3 lbs. of pasta plus 5 breadsticks for $14.99!"

Want to give the Tuscani Lasagna a try for yourself?

I've got four orders of this delectable lasagna to give away to four of my wonderful readers. But this time there's a twist . . .

I've been promising for some time now that I wanted to reward those of you that have taken the time to put the Deal Seeking Mom button in your sidebar or those of you that have added me to your blogroll. I had a little trouble trying to figure out a simple way to do this, so here's what I'm going to do.

  • One lasagna is up for grabs for everybody that enters the giveaway.
  • Three lasagna winners will be drawn from anyone that provides a link to their blog where they've added me to their blogroll or added my button.

Thanks for helping to spread the word about my site.

How can you win?

Leave me a comment telling me your thoughts on Pizza Hut's latest foray into the Italian meal deliver realm. Have you tried the lasagna or the pastas yet? I'm interested in your thoughts (and I'm sure Pizza Hut is too).

Every reader has three methods available to enter this contest (but those using method #2 have an edge!). Choose one each of any combination of method one, two, or three for up to a total of 3 entries!!!

I am a new subscriber and am so happy for a site like really provides a benefit!!!

I have been surprised by Pizza Huts latest commercials and the foods they are offering. Surprised in a good way...everyone loves a good pizza, but it does seem like Pizza Hut is now leaning toward a more rustic italian approach to what they offer: deep-bodied lasagne, rich flavorful sauces, interesting pizzas. I, for one, am happy for the change! Can hardly wait to hear more!

I haven't tried any of their new pasta dishes yet, but after hearing such great things about their lasagna, I think I am definitely going to have to try it. I think it's a smart move for Pizza Hut to make, just a little more variety on their menu. Sounds delish, thanks!

I like the of them having pasta. Nothing wrong with a little variety. I haven't tried them yet, but would like to.

9 Cheryl W March 4, 2009 at 8:48 am

I haven't tried these yet. I think they sound like a great idea, especially for a night when you are too busy to cook. Thanks!

I havent tried the Lasagna yet but would love to. I have tried the Chicken Alfredo one time and it was okay for a quick meal I didnt have to cook. It was a little dry for my tastes and a little bland. Thank you for a great giveaway!

11 Brian March 4, 2009 at 9:43 am

I'm skeptical too - I'd love to give it a try!

I'm not so sure when it comes to their new commercials. Sure, the pasta was good but not out of this world. Maybe I'm too demanding (or have travelled in Italy too much ;) ). Lasagna is one of my favorite foods. Haven't tried PH yet. I probably should ...

17 Becca March 4, 2009 at 11:20 am

I think the pastas look great but I haven't tried them yet. Our Pizza Hut is about 15 minutes away and doesn't have a dine-in area so it's not too convenient for us. I am determined to try them one day tho.

If Pizza Hut can deliver a quality product at a decent price, I'm all for them marketing Italian dishes.
I haven't tried the lasagna or pasta dishes yet, but the lasagna sure does interest me.

39 karen March 4, 2009 at 2:36 pm

I am hopping the lasagna is meatless, because my daughter and I are vegetarians. It looks wonderful. Haven't tried it yet. There are alot of bland tasting ones out there, but I'm sure Pizza Huts will be good like the rest of their food.

40 Annette Burke March 4, 2009 at 3:06 pm
