Target shoppers, have any old electronics lying around? Target is starting a new in-store program to help the environment and get you FREE store credit for things you’re not using any more.
Launched this August in California, the Nexworth Trade-In Program allows you to take old electronic devices into a participating Target store and exchange them for store credit in the form of a gift card. You can get up to $200 per item, depending on the condition. The program is now rolling out in stores all over the United States and is expected to be available in approximately 850 stores by the end of the year. Check out the participating locations!
Not in the mood to go to Target? You can also make trades online at no cost to you with their FREE printable shipping label.
You may trade in:
- iPods or iPhones
- Cell Phones
- Cameras
- e-Readers
- Laptops
- Video Games
- Game Consoles
- GPS Systems
- Hard Drives & Other Media/Audio
- DVD or Blu-Ray Movies
Here’s a few notes from the fine print that you need to know about. Credit is offered in the form of a gift card, which may not be exchanged for cash. Free shipping does not include insurance or tracking. Store credit will be offered based on your description, but if they find out your description was inaccurate, all deals are off, so be honest.
