Judith, that sounds like a restriction setting on your computer. My computer has an "administrator account" and I can't install any programs, like the coupon printer, unless I'm accessing it as the administrator. That's when I get that error message.

I cannot print target coupons. I'm told I need Administrator rights. How do I get these?

All of them were store coupons at the time I made this list. Of course, Target coupons change quickly sometimes.

I like to purchase food at the grocery store and items like toilet paper and hair care products at Target. They recently put a grocery section in at our Target. Although I won't purchase all of my family's groceries there, I love that if I only need one or two food items, I can pick them up while doing my regular Target shopping. It will save me time and gas!
