14 D sikora October 10, 2011 at 9:10 pm: I have had the worst time with this one, I Tried on the 4th and he $10 wasn't comming off. I tried again the 9th all day it was not comming off then either. I tried calling cs and they had a high volume of calls. I finally got someone tonight after trying for days and they said they couldn't help. I asked if they had the jean promotion again and had problems could something be done and she said "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do". So bummed :(
