Target is amazing for free/money-maker deals. I'm not sure if it's regional, but my Target in Richmond, VA has GE light bulbs on clearance. Reveal & Energy Saving ones. Use the Target coupon from the paper a few weeks ago AND the Manufacturer Tara linked us to before and you have a chance for some awesome deals!
My finds:
Twin Pack GE Soft White 60W marked down to $1.81
GE Energy Smart 26W marked down to $2.78
I used a $1.50 Target coupon on the Soft White and got them for .31! and for the Energy Smart, you can use the $2.00 Target coupon and the $1.00 Manf for a overage of .24!
[sidenote: there were 2 Target coupons on the paper, one for $1.5 off Reveal and $2.00 off Energy Smart]

Ooops, should have checked first. They printed...but no coupon. It says I've exceeded household limit!? Wasted the ink..oh, well.

The coupons that I printed were only for the laundry detergent, not the hand soap or cleaner.
