Thank you for letting us know that the $4 coupon is back! I like free but money-maker is even better!
I already have the reed diffusers in my bathroom and a candle in my girls' room and love them. I can't wait to grab a few more and then have a gift card for...Starbucks. Thanks!

where are you finding the glade deal? i did not see it in my weekly ad?
how do we get $5 gift card. should we ask the cashier when we bill the candles
Nan, I believe there are signs in store that mark the eligible items. Mercedes found the deal on SlickDeals, but I'm having trouble finding the original post. It may be an unadvertised special.
Janaki, the registers prompt the cashiers to load a gift card when you purchase an item that counts towards a deal.
My K-Mart does not allow an Internet coupon to make a product free. They will adjust the value of the coupon to allow you to take no more than 75% off. Many of my grocery stores are the same way.
I called corporate to see if it was an unadvertised special... and they could not find it for me either. i will check it in my store later on today and let you know. i am in south florida.
Thanks for the links to the $4/1 Glade. There are also some Target coupons that are in ladies' magazines (I think I got mine in Real Simple and Good Housekeeping) for $1.00 off any Glade Soy candles at Target. They should be stackable with the $4/1 and sweeten the deal!
I didn't see the $5 GC offer for the Glade this week, either, but I'll check with my store and report back.
I just got back from my Target (we are an Atlanta suburb) and there are signs in front of the candles advertising the $5 gift cards. The register then prompts the cashier to issue the card. It all worked great for me. Thanks so much for this information!!!
worked great for me too, Target in San Diego. Signs advertising the gift cards are at the candles, and gift card prompted to cashier, who was very impressed, and ready to get her own free candles by the way :)
I am located in Fargo, ND. I went to Target and there were no signs by the candles. So I went to the service counter area where they have the flyer and it wasn't listed. So I asked at the counter. She knew nothing about it. She even took me over to the computers to look it up on target.com and still nothing. So, I went back over to the shelf and scanned one of the candles on the self-scanner and it showed the $5 gift card offer. So, if you are worried that it won't work, scan it yourself. Afer tax and the 2 $4 off coupons it came to $4.01 and then I got a $5 gift card. MONEY MAKER! Thanks for this tip!
Thanks for this wonderful tip...We dont have a target in our town but will head to the next town over on Friday to get mine!!!
I've beenwanting to give the Glade Soy candles a try. Now I have my chance!

I was going to buy them at my target but they were priced at $6.39 each. It did have the $5 giftcard but I didn't want the money to come out of my pocket. Oh wells.
Aww, that's too bad, Adrianna. You'd have still made $0.22 on the deal though. Not as great I know. :(
Tara, Question. If you were to buy 4 candles on one transaction, would you get 2 $5.00 gift cards? I'm new to doing Target deals. I do have to go back Saturday to return expired Joint Juice that I just bought last Saturday, so I thought I could get the candles while I'm there. Boy, I don't think stores are on top of out of date product like they should be. Also, if they don't have the candles and I get a raincheck, will I still qualify for the gift card?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks, hitting up Target in the a.m.
Fran, I believe Target allows you to earn up to two gift cards per transaction, BUT I prefer to do multiple transactions because then I can apply the gift card earned from the first one to the second transaction and minimize my out of pocket costs. I'm not sure what their raincheck policy is on the gift card offers. If you find out, please come back and share!
Thanks, that's why I asked you...sometimes I'm braindead, I didn't think about doing separate transactions to use the 1st gift card on the 2nd transaction. Thanks for the suggestion...you're the best. I do sometimes do that at Walgreens...CVS, not so much, as I'm always trying to use the earlier date ones so I don't lose them. Wouldn't it be nice if ECB either had longer expiration dates or no expiration dates at all? I hate to have to run out because I have some that are going to expire. I do record ECB, so I know what I have. Here's a good hint: write down coupons and ECBs that you give them, and then check your receipt. Also now, I hand them one or two coupons at a time. One day, I gave this guy 4 or 5 ECBs, he pur them on the counter and proceeded to scan them. My total didn't seem right, so I looked at my paper and receipt and told him he missed a $4.00 ECB-he didn't think so. I told him to look in the drawer, and sure enough, he missed it, so he gave me $4.00 out of the draw. That's why is good to record everything. I know, I'm nuts.
my site is saying i've already printed these coupons, but i haven't ... is this because the coupons are gone???
I'm getting the same message as Jennifer, even though I've never printed these coupons. Anyone have any other ideas?
Is the $5 gift card a regional promotion? Often the western region doesn't get the great deals that the east does. Also, has the Glade $4 coupon reset, or if you printed it out the first time, will it not work the second time? And finally, does anyone know when the GC offer expires?
Okay, just answered one of my own questions. If you've printed the coupon before, you can't print it again; it hasn't reset and won't let me re-print.
can anyone scan and send me a copy of the coupon??
icunursemicki at yahoo
thanks in advance!!!
I've never printed this coupon but it won't let me. Says no coupons for this 'campaign'. I don't get it. I had this problem last time I tried to print a Glade coupon.
I do not think that there are any more coupons to print. I printed my max of 2 yesterday at home under my name. I came in to work this morning and tried to print 2 more under my husband's name and husband's email - and it showed that the offer had expired. I was really disappointed too - I had my afternoon Target shopping all planned out to!
Karen Luedy - The coupons each have a unique bar code so if copies are made the manufacturer could find out.
I went to one Target and the candles were $5.89 but they didn't have signs up for the $5 GC. It wasn't in the flier so I didn't want to risk it. I went to another location and they were advertising the $5 GC but the candles were marked at $6.39, which wasn't that great of a deal.
Suzette - What did the scanner show to let you know it was part of the offer? I scanned one of the candles at the first store but I didn't notice anything to indicate a gift card.
Learning2CouponFL, It would have been very obvious when you scanned it. On the left side of the screen it had the product information and price. On the right (probably half of the screen) said there was a gift certificate offer.
BUMMER! Are the coupons gone that quick??? Tara, can we get them anywhere else?
Unfortunately good coupons do go that quick. I'm sorry for those of you that missed out!
I went today, and my Target had them for $5.79 and I had the 2 $4.00 coupons. They also had the 2 in 1 small jar candles on sale for $2.50 and I had a $1.50 off of 1 coupon, so I went to the register, with only 3 other things besides my candles. My husband called as she was scanning my coupons and acted like he had something important to say, and they lady told me that she could only take one manufacturs coupons, and gave me back one of the $4.00 ones and said she used the $1.50 one. I told her but I got 2 products, 1 coupon for each, and she said , I can only take one of them. So, I payed and left mad, I did get the gift card though. If my husband had not been calling, I would have fought it, but I figered I would try to call later b/c I had more things to do anyway. I am going to see if they will give me the $4.00 back when I call or go back up there, but I don't know if they will since it was a "previous purchase".
I tried printing the coupon....it is no longer available. =(
I used the candles and coupons to get 2 candles for $3.76 at my Target along with a Target gift card, then I turned around bought the pop tarts deal using the $1/2 coupon and even bought my son a dole fruit cup....I still have $.38 on the giftcard.... so I spent a total of $3.76 on 2 glade candles, 2 poptart 12 packs, 1 poptart 8 pack, and a dole fruit cup....plus have money still on the giftcard.... I love this website so much...
Woohoo! Great job, Dizzy Mommy. I love it when you guys share how much you've saved!
Has the gift card offer expired?
