I printed out the target web coupons and they state on them ' one coupon or offer per transaction'. Will they still combine the target and manufacturer's coupon together?
Yes, you can use a Target store coupon and a manufacturer's coupon on the same item. Some stores may not allow you to use more than one of the same Target coupon in a single transaction, but it's up to the store manager to determine that.

Yep, that should work if they have the Fiber One bars in the Dollar Spot! I don't think I've seen them at my store.
I printed the coupon and went to Target this morning, but could not find these bars. Can anyone tell me where they are located? I looked at the dollar area when you first walk in and in the food area. Thanks
They should be in the Dollar Spot up front, and you may be able to find them in the checkout lanes as well. It's possible that they're just out of them at your store because this is a pretty popular deal when it's available.
I went to my local Target yesterday to score this deal and noticed once I got home that none of my coupons were applied. I brought two boxes so I used two of the .50 cent off and one 1 off 2. I sucks I do not know what to do. I had both of my kids with me and I was paying attention to them instead of what the cashier was doing. I hate that I am out of the coupons and had to pay more to boot.
