It is very hard to find this gift card. I live in NW of IL, couldn't find one in my area.
Tara- which Target did you find these at? I'm in the Columbus area and haven't found them at the two closest to me.
I found them at the Reynoldsburg Target on 256. I only bought one, and they had several left!

The Lego gift cards in the card section are always gone. However if you look throughout the store while you're shopping, they are in random aisles. I went to 2 dif TX target stores and found a total of 3 in the toy dept. =)
