Target has always taken them from me. I have not tried Walmart as I hate shopping there cause it is a supercenter in our town and other than publix and winn dixie it is the only other place to shop so it is too crowded for me. I have heard my mom mention she has tried to use printable coupons at her walmart and they wouldn't take them. something about them possibly being fake or something.
