I was at Target again today and did the Aveeno body wash deal. ours was price cut to $1.25 and there were only 2 bottles left. When I went to the register, they rang them up at full price. had to get another clerk to verify the shelf have the price cut sign, so I did get the deal. I have noticed alot lately that I have had to tell cashiers in Target, Walgreen, CVS and Riteaid about things that were on sale after they ring them up at full price and it's in my total. It's not their fault the bar code sale item is not in the computer but it seems to be happening alot lately.

Sonia, clearance deals are usually until the product is gone, so it just depends on how much product your store still has in stock.

My Target is ridiculous with coupons, so I had to argue with the manager to get them free. She manually put in a mfr coupon for $.97. I have decided to boycott that Target because I asked her why I always have a hard time with coupons at her store and her response was "Maybe we are just more diligent with the rules."
but I did get them for free.

We used it to "glue" hair bows in my daughter's hair when she was tiny! People would ask us how we kept the bows in her hair and we'd say, "Oh, you, know, gel ..."

Yep, it's a countertop height table. We purchased it at Oak Express. The 5-pc. set is $494, which is really good considering that it's solid wood and not a veneer like what you'll find in many stores these days. Plus it expands to seat 8 -- a must for us!

It doesn't technically beep, but it does prompt the cashier to either hit enter to accept the amount or enter in the adjusted amount. The Target coupon policy states that coupons should be adjusted down to the price of the item, so I'd encourage you to carry a copy of that with you. You can find it here:

Sharon, I only had 4 Target coupons on hand to use, but I didn't have any issues. The Target coupons do state one per transaction; however, I've confirmed with Target customer service that this limitation is left up to the individual stores. You might try talking to the store manager to find out what guidelines are used at your particular location.

You know, Suzanne, toilet paper is one of those things that I find really hard to stockpile for our family. Seven people use a LOT, and I only have so much space to devote to it. I think $0.50 per double roll is reasonable when you need it. A good stockup price would be $0.25 or less per double roll.

That said, I'm definitely going to remember Beth's tip below for determining whether it's a really good TP deal or not.

Today i got the SoBe deal @ Target, used 5 B1G1 and 10 target .50 coupons. While i was looking around the power went out twice, for about 10 seconds each time . As i was standing in line an employee was passing out $3 vouchers with no expiration that said "sorry for the inconvenience" . That plus the $5 GC made it an Awesome Deal !

A guideline I saw on another site is pretty easy to remember:

Look at the front bottom of the TP package to look at the total square feet. Move the decimal to the left 2 places. If the cost is less than or equal the sq ft with the decimal 2 places to the left, it's a decent deal. So basically 1 cent or less per sq ft.

Example:
TP Package = 400 sq ft; sale price = $6.00; not a fabulous deal....
TP Package = 650sqft; sale price = $5.00 ; Good deal to stock up!
