Avocado may well be one of my all-time favorite foods, so I’m always looking for new ways to prepare it. A recipe that I tore out of a magazine for zucchini fries inspired these yummy avocado fries!
Baking the avocado mellows out their taste a bit, but a sprinkling of salt and a zippy chipotle cream sauce add plenty of flavor. Creamy with a bit of crunch, these baked avocado fries are a winner in my book!
