I got great samples to try out and got paid for doing the surveys about these samples. I was also getting a lot of surveys, while I didn't qualify for all of them, I would qualify for quite a few and always got my points and my payouts. HOWEVER, since September 22nd, I have not received my points for several surveys i have completed. I have sent probably 10 emails asking why I haven't gotten my points and not only have I still not gotten any points for these completed surveys, NO ONE IS RESPONDING to my emails. NONE OF THEM. As much as I have enjoyed being a member and have loved taking their surveys, I am extremely disappointed and disillusioned. I can't believe they won't even respond to my emails not to mention not give me my points. I hope that maybe they're just having some technical issues and maybe are unable to get their email.......which sounds improbable, but it is possible. I am just kinda tired of fooling with them at this point but that being said, they do not typically ignore emails and always award points as they should (up til now and maybe it's just me they're ignoring.....) I am doing the surveys too,but get irritated sometimes when I input for about 10 min and then it says " Unfortunately you are not eligible" or something like that. Feels like my time is wasted. They don't send out montly questinaires and you aren't always going to make it through a qualifier but if you do get a chance to participate with them-hop on the opportunity.
