I would like to print out a will form for my 92 year old mother. She currently resides in Indiana with one of my sisters and that is where she plans to be buried but her checking and savings accounts are with a bank in Texas where my sister and I live as she lived and worked in Texas for several years. Can I fill out a will and send to her to sign and would it be legal in Indiana and Texas both? My younger sister and I can sign on her checking account and she has 2 small insurance policies that are under my name, and I believe I am on her savings account but would feel better if everything was in writing. She has no other assets.

Wonderful work! This is the kind of info that should be shared across the net.
Disgrace on the search engines for not positioning this submit higher!
Come on over and visit my web site . Thanks =)

I have been looking for a way to get a will for my mother for awhile so every lawyer in town would keep their grubby hands out of our pockets and this is the answer !!
