Reportedly Starbucks stores nationwide are offering a FREE Hazelnut Macchiato Coffee Drink to all customers now through 3/31. I can't find this offer mentioned on their website - but it's worth asking about at your local store!

Not in Geneva, IL. I was told all the coupons were gone.
I got mine in San Diego! Ask the manager - they should ALL have gotten a stack of coupons to start passing out yesterday - some may already be out but several didnt even start passing out until today!
In Philly, you have to make a purchase in order to get the coupon
Also you get to choose between hazelnut or caramel
I got a free caramel macchiato today, unexpectedly I might add (Torrance, CA).

Worked for me at my local Target/Starbucks in Colerain Twp, Ohio. Just showed the barista the above posting and she found a coupon for it on the registers screen. Side note.. The hazelnut is excellent!!
My local Starbucks said they had coupons for this free drink; they give out 15 coupons per day. So if you go to your Starbucks early in the day, ask if they still have any coupons left for that day. If they've already gave out the 15 today, then go back another day.

I work for sbux. Each store got 100 coupons that were handed out the first day. We cannot accept any photocopied ones which are the ones that most sites currently have up. Just wanted to save you the frustration!
