The Coupon "High"
You may want to call your Staples first because my Staples says they don’t accept manufacturer’s coupons. They will accept competitor’s coupons, but not manufacturers.

I purchased 2 Hammermill today and used the $2 coupon. I just entered my rebate and I am only allowed 1 rebate. The rebate receipt only shows 1 rebate.
Staples may not be allowing the full rebates after coupon. I’m going to end up returning the items because I just ended up paying 2.99 for the one ream that did not qualify for the rebate (4.99 less 2.00 coupon). The cashier had to do an override for the $2.
I see the comment from another reader that Staples may not accept manufacturer’s coupons. Maybe this is why the cashier had to do an override, which in turn, disqualified the item for a rebate.
I did not get anything else with my purchase. I wonder if others who purchased other items in the same receipt were able to use the coupon and also get the rebate for both reams of paper.

i had trouble redeeming the coupons too. the manager had to come and override them. but i did manage to get the full rebate on both though.
maybe because i bought some other stuff with them including the free (after rebate) sharp calculator
hope that helps :)

My Staples wouldn’t allow me to use the manufacturer coupons (they do take them)…the coupon tiny print reads, “not valid with any other offers” and they determined their rebate was the other offer :o(

Hi,
I was wondering, has anyone received their check yet? My status says Staples sent it already, but I still haven’t received it… So I’m worried…
