Snapfish had sent me an email yesterday giving me 50 free prints because it had been so long since I used their services; I also had a free shipping code that was good for 6/9 only. When I went to checkout, I used the free shipping code and still ended up being charged for the 50 prints I chose. When I contacted customer service, they said that I could only use one promotional deal at a time, therefore they applied only the shipping code. Hopefully others will have better luck than me!
