Share a FREE Popchips Sample

by Tara Kuczykowski on January 23, 2010 · 21 comments

"Pop It Forward" and send a Popchips FREE sample to three of your friends (or perhaps yourself and 2 friends?)!

I haven't tried Popchips personally, but according to their site they're available at Target and Whole Foods.

Thanks, Nicole's Nickels!

I love popchips!! They are so good! A great healthier alternative to chips. We buy ours at costco.

I've had them too-the pepper kind was too strong for me, but I liked the original.

We LOVE popchips! Especially BBQ. Our Costco just got rid of them. :( But we also get them at Target. 20 chips are only 120 calories!

You can also go here: http://www.kroger.com/Pages/default.aspx
to get a 1.00 off coupon. I know they sell the "individual" sizes at Jamba Juice (though I don't know if Jamba Juice takes coupons), so you might be able to find some free or get a good deal on a larger bag.
I found the code in my free Weight Watchers magazine (free subscription from freebiz)

Let me clarify my last post...the link on the main page to the website is temp. unavailable-- but Karen G's link to a .pdf file works. Thanks Karen!!!

I got that same email, i will post it here. No fair, i was hoping to try them.

hi there. we're sorry to say that someone "mistakenly" posted a
"pop it forward" link for popchips onto the web this past weekend.
we're not sure why, but what was a hand-delivered invitation to a
small number of people, ended-up online with tens of thousands of
people signing-up. we're really sorry about the mix-up and hope
you understand.

in the meantime, please enjoy this $1 off coupon
(which expires 1/31/2010).

your friends at popchips

What a shame...I can't use the coupon as they don't sell them around here.

I noticed them at our Target over the weekend and I believe they were 2/$5, but since I have never tried them the $1 coupon is not enough of a savings for me to chance buying them. It says something on the bag about think "popped" chips. I was waiting for the sample before buying them. Oh well, will wait for a sample or not bother at all since we don't eat a lot of chips in our house. Hubby and son love the Cheetoes, and cheese puffs.

I just got the email too. They can't even give us a week on the expiration date for the coupon. I can understand if there was a mistake and they're trying to correct it but this is crazy.

Received same. I would have enjoyed the free sample too, but if the freebie offer was fraudulent, the company is definitely within their rights NOT to honor it. They are being kind to extend a coupon--even if it's only until 1/31/10.

Bummer, I was looking forward to trying them too. I think it is unfair as well, but unfair that somebody posted that on the web when it was only meant for a few people. I've gotten stuff like that before and there's no way who ever posted it didn't realize it was just for the people who got the original hand delivered offer. I guess you can't really fault the person wanting to share the goodness with the rest of us out in cyber space, but it totally wasn't fair to the company.

You have less than a week to use the coupon before exp date. Boo...

Yep I got the same email, at my Target they are $3.49 a bag. A $1 coupon is def not enough to get me to try them... not to mention it sounds like something that should be expected in todays internet world that your link would get handed out. Plus there is less then a week to use it...

I love these chips I got them from a vending machine at the hospital. I ate one bag there and brought one home thinking I was going to share but that did not happen. I have never them before so now I will be looking.
