wastes your times taking all your info and getting their survey filled out (isn't this the point?) and then oh, sorry, not available. This is about the fifth time this has happened...I think I've finally learned!

Don't bother with this one. I just wasted my time filling out the contact info and taking their food survey, but it didn't tell me the reward was no longer available until they already had all my info.
