The site has been having issues since yesterday. I did read somewhere that the ornament and calendar codes are no longer valid for just anyone, only with a seehere santa photo package purchase at your local mall.
Ornament code is no longer working. It has taken me all day to get this site to come up and now the code doesn't work. I thought it expired in March of 2010. Guess they changed that.
I'm trying to do the Photo Card deal and it gets to the point where it says "Please wait while the product code is loading...." My page appears to look like its done loading. Has anyone else received this? Do I just wait until it finally loads?
The system is back on maintenance, but at about 3pm I was able to order 50 photo cards using the code newbaby
I made the ornament, got to the promo code part and it kept telling me code was invalid and then it gave me the site maintenance window and that's all I can get now.
I'm pretty sure these codes were only meant for people who bought a certain package and were supposed to get a free ornament/calendar with it. If you look on the pages now they tell you to call/email them to get your code if you purchased the packages.

I placed my order for the ornament yesterday morning - it went through, then, today, I received an email telling me that they have canceled my order. I guess, the promotional codes are invalid without the purchase of mall Santa photos.
I had the same problem. I ordered the ornament yesterday. It went through without a problem, then I got an e-mail today saying that it was a code for people who ordered a Santa photo package only.
The codes are invalid, but if you register, you can det a 100 free prints and only pay for shipping!
the NEWBABY code is not working because it has to be lower case / I just did it with the code "newbaby"

I ordered this and then sent this offer to the owner of a freebie group I'm in. She told me it was an affiliate link and they were going to use my email to spam others... which they did. Total scam.
I don't understand what you're saying, mommy308. Who is going to use your email to spam others? Nothing I posted here is a scam. It was simply that the code wasn't intended to be used by anyone other than those that purchased a photo package at the mall.
It says the code is invalid for all items
All I know is everyone on my contact list got the same email from me that I never sent after I ordered the ornament. The title was Dear. I'm just saying what happened to me. I saw this posted on several sites that why I ordered one. I just wanted everyone to know.
For those of us that purchased the Santa Package; does anyone have a way to retrieve the photos taken at Santa? Guess I should have taken my own and then uploaded them to a photo gift.
has any1 recieved there ornament, i ordered mine using the free code on 11/15 and it still says in production, i don't think there honoring the code for those of us who didnt purchase a package. Thats no fair, there the ones that messed up with the code.
