I personally have this laminator and was actually just using it yesterday! It is an AMAZING laminator, and so worth this $21.99. I haven't found any other one comparable - it is near-professional quality!
I agree with the comment above, I own it too (bought it last year on a deal like this) and it's excellent! Super easy to use, good quality, and the Scotch lamination pouches aren't too pricey! GREAT deal!
